Mr. Fax Lin, Assistant General Manager, is in charge of the R&D and business development operations of Alpha & Leader's AI tools and systems, and chairs Alpha & Leader's "Sustainable Development Management Committee".

Mr. Lin graduated from Guangzhou University and majored in Business Administration. He has attained the Class I Occupational Qualification Certificate on Credit Management. He joined Alpha & Leader in 2011 as Senior Manager, responsible for risk assessment and credit check on Chinese businesses. At the beginning of 2016, he was promoted to Regional Manager, in charge of nation-wide due diligence operation, credit analysis, data collection, data processing, review, etc. On January 1, 2018, Due Diligence & Analysis team was separated from Operations Division, and Mr. Lin was appointed head of the new division. Subsequently, he also initiated the R&D of "Big Data Project". Under Mr. Lin's leadership, the sales volume of analytics products experienced substantial growth from 2011 to 2024. In early 2025, Mr. Fax Lin was promoted to his current position.

Beyond his regular responsibilities, he has made significant contributions to the development of the credit industry. Notably, he is one of the chief editors of the "Standard of Enterprise Credit Rating" led by the Guangdong Credit Association, represented Alpha & Leader in the "Green Office Assessment" project initiated by the Guangdong Provincial Institute of Metrology and GRT Pearl Radio, and co-authored the "Resource Guide for Credit Management Competency Training" scheduled for publication in March 2025.
