Mr. Jason Feng, District Manager for business development in North China, is in charge of market development in North China as well as management of sales teams in Beijing and Qingdao.

Mr. Jason Feng joined Alpha & Leader in December 2015 as Business Development Specialist of North China. In 2018, he was promoted to Senior Staff, and in 2021, to Deputy Manager, taking charge of the management of the Beijing sales team. With his professional competence, Mr. Feng has maintained a steady growth in personal performance. He was recognized with the Excellence Award in the National Sales Performance Evaluation for both 2017 and 2018, and received the Best Performance Award (Business Development) for 2018. In 2022, he was honored with the Annual Excellence Award – Manager of the Year 2022. From 2021 to 2024, under the leadership of Mr. Feng, the business revenue of the Beijing sales team doubled. In early 2025, Mr. Feng was promoted to the position of District Manager of the Business Development Division in North China.

Mr. Feng is upright, responsible and highly enterprising. Since joining Alpha & Leader, his diligence and perseverance have significantly contributed to the North China sales team and the whole company.
