Ms. Jane Lu serves as Senior Manager for business development operations in East China, overseeing sales teams in Shanghai, Nanjing, and Hangzhou. She is responsible for team building, client acquisition and relationship management.

Ms. Jane Lu graduated from North China Institute of Science and Technology. Jane joined Alpha & Leader in July 2014 as Business Development Specialist for North China market and was promoted to Senior Staff in January 2017. In September 2017, she was assigned from Beijing to Qingdao Branch to supervise Alpha & Leader's business development operations in Shandong market. Jane was further promoted to Deputy Manager of Business Development Division in Shandong in January 2018 and to District Manager in April 2022. In early 2024, she was assigned the important task of exploiting markets in Hubei province and leading sales team in Wuhan. In 2025, in recognition of her remarkable performance, Jane was promoted to the position of Senior Manager for business development operations in East China and was transferred to work at the Shanghai office.
