Ms. Cherry Chen, Attorney at Law, serves as Senior Manager of Alpha & Leader's Corporate Compliance and Legal Division for North, East and West China markets.

Cherry graduated from Peking University with a Bachelor's Degree in law. She joined Alpha & Leader in 2015 and had successively assumed different positions in Corporate Compliance and Legal Division over the past decade, including Attorney at Law, Supervisor, Deputy Manager and District Manager. The team she led won the Overall Team Award in 2018 during a team-building event and acquired the Best Team of the Year Award in 2019. Additionally, Cherry received the Annual Excellence Award — Manager of the Year 2021. From 2022 to 2024, under her leadership, the teams in North and East China achieved efficient operations. Their scale grew steadily and performance improved consistently. In early 2025, she was promoted to Senior Manager of Corporate Compliance and Legal Division in recognition of her remarkable contributions and performance.

Ms. Cherry Chen is steady, responsible and self-disciplined. In handling litigation, providing perennial legal advisory services, managing personnel, and facilitating internal and external cooperation, Cherry always thinks comprehensively and strives for excellence. Her excellent learning ability and communication skills enable her to perform outstandingly in both management and addressing customers' new demands.
