University-Enterprise Educational Collaboration: Students from Guangzhou Huashang College visited Alpha & Leader

Alpha & Leader, together with Altra Corporate Training, welcomed students and faculty from Guangzhou Huashang College's IR & Credit Management Workshop for an in-depth exchange on June 16.

Mr. Richard Wong, Assistant General Manager of Alpha & Leader; Mr. Feng Zi'an, Supervisor of Human Resources of Alpha & Leader; and Mr. Kobe Wen, Training Manager of Altra Corporate Training, each delivered a keynote speech to the students.

Mr. Kobe Wen opened the event with an overview of Alpha & Leader's history and core businesses, followed by an on-site office tour to immerse students in the company's workplace culture. Mr. Feng Zi'an delivered practical career guidance on resume refinement and standing out in job applications with limited professional experience. Mr. Richard Wong shared insightful career tips on emotional intelligence, financial literacy and professional competency building. He also cautioned students against chasing short-term high-salary jobs and making impulsive early-career decisions.

The event also featured a live mock interview session, giving students direct exposure to real-world hiring scenarios and helping them sharpen their job-seeking skills under the guidance of experienced HR professionals.
